Five for Friday 9.10.15

Can you believe it's already the 9th October?
Literally, where is the time going, I'm currently FREAAKINNGGG out because I have a birthday meal in 2 weeks and still don't have an outfit or present, then I have the Halloween party the week after - still no outfit! STRESS! Then I fell ill this week - can you believe my luck?!

So, it's Friday, which means I'm linking up with the fabulous Doodle Bugs Teaching for the weekly Five for Friday linky!

So, this week I had some SUPER exciting news, which I can't wait to share with you all as soon as it's confirmed for dates! I really do feel like i'm on the right track for success at the moment, I'm growing at a rapid, daily rate and I can't believe it! Some days I have to just sit and 'wow' at how well it's all going. ARGHH I CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE WITH YOU!!

Moving on before I explode.. this week I ended up coming down really ill. The doctors decided to change my meds to a cheaper option after 8 years and I had SEVERE side effects, to the point I had to leave work on Thursday morning and wasn't in today. It kills me not being in School with the kiddos, but boy was I rough. It is my first sick day in almost 6 years - except for a 2 hour afternoon where I came down with something nasty. So, I had this little mischief pup to keep me company!

We have been working hard this week, decorating a box ready for Harvest. Each year for Harvest, we decorate a box and fill it with items from staff/children in the class to give to the homeless community in our area. It's a great way to give back to the community! This year we decided to go for a market style box.

I hosted a blog link up this week, all about sharing 5 facts about ourselves! If you're quick - there's still time for you to link-up here.

I have been busy making lots of fab resources for Columbus day! Be sure to check them all out on my TpT!

Hope you all have a great weekend! Don't forget to check out what all the other bloggers have been up to this week!

  1. I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad reaction to your meds. That sweet puppy face made up for it, I hope! I love hearing about the Harvest boxes and how you help your community. Have a great weekend!
