Five for Friday - ish

Oops, this week has been crazy busy, i've been very ignorant of my calendar - oops! Which means I missed yesterdays Five for Friday linky hosted by Doodle Bugs Teaching! I was gutted when I finally remembered this morning so thought I would do it a day late..hmm oops!

So this week..

We made butterfly cupcakes with the children this week!! We are still in School and our topic is/was mini beasts this term! So our cookery etc has been based around this.

I used to make these as a kid with my mom many many years ago! It was so great to see them again, it's so much fun to cook with our children - they love it!

We are coming up to the end of the year!! We are planning a mini graduation party for two of our students who are moving up to the next class in September - as I work in an autistic school the classes can stay together for a few years before moving on. We are busy planning lots of fab different things to do for them - I can't wait!

It's that time of year again where I am planning next years April holiday. We are hoping it is our last going from the UK as we hope to sort out all our emigration process to Canada in the conference we are attending in October. We are going to Texas and Canada. I am dying to stay on a lake if we can - just depends if it's worth it for when we have to travel to the stadium for my partner to watch wwe zzzzzzz.

With Father's Day just around the corner I have been busy making sure I have his prezzies and card ready. SHOCK HORROR! I don't!!! I'm usually so organised- I literally finish my Christmas Shopping in August - no lie! So for me this is heart attack moment, I made sure to quickly get around to it last night and to sort out the restaurant for some food!

This week was so lovely and sunny. After work one day we went down the Mumbles, had fish and chips and a Joe's ice cream and a nice long walk by the pier. It is hard to forget sometimes how pretty it is where we live because we are just so eager to leave here!

What have you been up to this week?! It's raining here today..looks like it's going to be a bagel with some chocolate spread, cup of tea and chill catching up on my shows before getting my head down and making/finishing some of my resources to upload my store!! Want to get them up as soon as possible to keep this month going well for some extra change for our Vacay!!!! :)
